1 cucumber, thinly sliced
plum tomato wedges (I used cherry tomatoes, sliced in half)
1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 Tbs. green onions, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of ground red pepper
Combine yogurt through red pepper. Toss mixture with cucumbers and tomatoes.
