From: Cooking Light, Jan/Feb 2009
1 cup mango, chopped
1 1/2 Tbs. sugar
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 cup 1% lowfat milk
dash of ground cardamom
Combine Mango and sugar in a blender; process until pureed. Add yogurt and milk; process until smooth. Sprinkle with Cardamom if desired. Top with chopped pistachios. (But only if you want to gag)
